Ross Riddoch is the Principal Business Analysis Ross joined the team in 2003, and has lead responsibility for the Business Analysis team. Prior to joining Propensity, Ross’ most recent experience was that of an executive manager Technology Support (Telstra, Business Operations). Ross’ executive experience spanned a period of five years, during which time his responsibilities included the deployment of multi-million dollar IT-CRM applications (Siebel), and the management of production infrastructure facilities. |
