 As a Microsoft Certified Partner, Propensity has developed a range of WEB based (.NET) work-flow, campaign management, knowledge tools & middleware software.
 

The cornerstone of Propensity’s product range is the Propensity™ Workflow toolkit. Propensity™ Workflow is a high level development environment, built using Microsoft .NET framework and incorporating our work-flow engine, integration tools, and other third party, analysis, & transform objects.

Built using the Workflow environment, Propensity™ Marketing is a browser based direct marketing tool that automates all the processes required to plan, create and execute real-time telemarketing campaigns.

Propensity™ CTI-Module is a desk-top productivity tool, enabling interaction between Propensity™ Marketing, or other CTI enabled applications (eg MS-Outlook), and a range of different office telephony systems. Linked with your office phone switch, Propensity™ CTI-Module seamlessly supports desk-top preview dialling, call-functions, and capture of usage; including missed calls, answered & dialled calls.

The major challenge for many of our clients is the infrastructure/processes required to easily collect data, from a variety of sources, and to then use that information in a consistent way to drive business decisions. Propensity™ Analytics is an integrated knowledge infrastructure, consisting of a framework for the collection of data, and the transformation of that data into meaningful business objects.
