Paul Davidson established Propensity in 1997, and continues to operate as the groups Managing Director.
Paul has twenty years experience in the area of IT & Telecommunications. Prior to founding the group, Paul’s relevant industry experience included an Executive role as Manager Customer Data with Telstra Australia.
Mal Sharpe joined the Propensity team in 2002, and is the General Manager.
Mal has over 30 years experience in
executive roles. Before joining Propensity, Mal was with RSL Communications and
prior to that was a National Sales
Manager with Telstra.
As General Manager, Mal is the critical link. Mal has a wealth of experience, with the ability to marry together technical expertise and business acumen.
